"I actually had a frustrating..."
I actually had a frustrating experience with their customer service, which was disappointing because I was expecting things to be smoother.
I messaged them about my order and ended up waiting days without a proper response. When someone finally got back to me, the reply was really short and didn’t actually solve the issue, so I had to chase them again.
For something that isn’t cheap, I feel like basic communication shouldn’t be too much to ask. I probably won’t order again if getting help is this difficult

I don’t think it’s too much to ask for people to write their own honest experience. If you didn’t actually try it, don’t pretend like you did. Real reviews help everyone, and there’s no reason not to keep it truthful.

"Nice piece, but the warranty help was iffy"
I’ll give them this: I really did like the piece when I first got it, and it seemed like a solid buy. But once I had to deal with the warranty, things got frustrating. Replies weren’t exactly quick, and I ended up repeating the same details more than once, which got old fast. Maybe they were busy, and it wasn’t a complete disaster, but I can’t say I felt especially taken care of. For the price and the brand, I expected the support to be better.

I ordered from lanajewelry.com the delivery experience was really frustrating. The tracking barely updated, and my package showed up much later than I expected. I kept having to check on it myself because there wasn’t much clear communication. The items might be fine, but the shipping part felt messy and preventable. I probably wouldn’t order again if I needed something to arrive by a specific date.

"Shipping Cost Just Didn’t Make Sense"
I was about to order one small piece, but then I saw the shipping cost what was I even paying for? It felt like spending extra money for no real reason. For something that small, why should shipping cost that much? I just couldn’t justify it, so it wasn’t worth it for me.

I’m not too happy with my order. It looked way better online, but when it showed up, it just didn’t feel like it was worth what I paid. I kept thinking, why is this so complicated and disappointing for something that should’ve been simple? Overall, not a great experience for me, and I don’t think I’d order again

"Looked nice, but the fit was uncomfortable"
I was disappointed once I actually put this necklace on. It looked nice in the box, but on my neck it sat kind of awkwardly and felt tighter than it should have, even after I messed with the adjustment a few times.
The clasp started rubbing my skin after about 20 minutes, which got annoying fast, and I don’t usually have issues with sensitive skin. For the price, the comfort really should’ve been better, and this feels like something preventable with a better design. I wouldn’t buy it again.

I’m still waiting on my size exchange and it’s been way longer than I expected. I was annoyed at first, like, how hard can it be to swap a size? But I guess these things happen. Just wish there was a little more communication.

I was about to order from Lana Jewelry, but after looking around at the reviews, I backed out. When I see the same kind of mixed and negative comments popping up in different places, I usually assume there’s a pattern there, and it just made me uneasy. Maybe some people had a perfectly fine experience, but for me it didn’t feel worth the risk.
